The powerful effects of a women's group is magic.
Until you've had the experience of being in a women's circle, you won't understand it's true powerful effects.
I've been leading women's circles consistenly every month for 8 years now. It's truly my deepest passion to be a facilitator of these events.
The energetic magnitude of a circle is incredible and so palatable. It's literally buzzing with energy.
It is my mission to create space for women to come together and be amongst each other in a healing environment.
Each month I have a theme and I guide the women to their own truth and inner strength. We may do guided meditations, breath work, Journaling, discussion/sharing, ice baths and more.
I have witnessed the human transformation over and over again. I've seen women rise like the Phoenix. I've witnessed women come out of their shell, find their confidence and shine. I've seen women cry, be incredibly vulnerable and bear their soul to one another.
Many women are apprehensive about coming to a women's group their first time. Most never have been to one. What I notice, is that most women are craving and desiring connection and a space to tap into their innate spirtual side. After their first time attending, they are soon enthralled with the new sense of sister connection and want to come back next month.
As a host, I make sure each person feels comfortable and safe. These groups are centered toward acceptance and compassion for self and one another. There is no gossiping or pety talk in the groups. I make sure the space is beautiful and cozy. The vibes of the space need to be intentional and energetically cleansed before the women arrive. The space is an integral part of creating safety and inclusiveness.
If you are desiring something more in your life or feel alone on your journey, perhaps think about joining a women's group.
You don't have to do the inner work alone. You don't have to feel isolated. There are women out there who are like you, striving to be better, do better and live a more fulfilled life.
Try it out, you just never know, you may love it and it may be your medicine!
Love always,
Lindsay
